Pop chickpeas ! delicious snack

I love chickpeas! And when i found this recipe inmediatly have to try it. Now I am adicted, I am giving you one of my favorite versions, but feel free to use the topping you desire! There are 2 versions of this snack, roasted and fry. I did fry , in this case it takes the same amount of olive oil in both , SoI opted for frying, it is more crispy.

Ingredients:

2 can organic unsalted garbanzo/chickpeas, drained & rinsed with water

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

fresh oregano leaves

2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Pre-heat a medium size non-stick pan over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Put the garbanzo beans in a bowl along with the next ingredients and 1 tbsp olive oil, mix until well combined. Dump the beans in the pan and fryfor 5-10 minutes or until crispy on the outside, shaking the pan every minute or so. Toss these bad boys in salads or devour them by the handful !
