Vegetarian Raspberries and yogurt overnight oats


These are great! It’s the perfect meal to eat on the go, it’s a healthy breakfast (or snack) and you can make it the night before. If you are a busy person, you need to try this amazing recipe! It is healthy and simple.

Tips:
  • Use your favorite plant milk if you are a vegetarian . I love almond or coconut milk, you’ll get a creamier texture.

  • Dates and maple syrup are the sweeteners I always have in my kitchen, but feel free to use another one, just add it gently and try the oats until they’re sweet enough for you.

  • You can add chia seeds.

  • If you don’t like or have dairy instead of Greek yogurt ad almond butter, use any other nut butter or a tablespoon of non refined coconut oil.

Ingredients

For each jar

  • 1 cup Almond milk

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup Raspberries

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp organic Raspberries jam

Instructions

  1. Mix the almond milk and the maple syrup in a jar.

  2. Add the oats ( you can ad 2 tbsp chia seeds if you want) and stir until well combined.

  3. Add the Raspberries completely mixed with the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Cover with a lid and store the jar in the fridge overnight.

  5. Add fresh Raspberries and the yogurt mix with the jam before serving , Enjoy it!
