This is an easy perfect summery all ingredients at hand most delicious smoothie. Try it today and it will be part of your summery collections of smoothies recipes! I normally don't go for Blackberries, but researching all kinds of fruits for health purposes I got to read about this little gems.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces almond milk

  • 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 banana, peeled

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds, soaked for about 10 minutes

Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
